Starting September 6, 2021, UPLBFI will be open on Monday to Thursday, at 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Friday will be disinfection day. Cashier will be available on Wednesday and Thursday, at 8:30AM – 3:00PM. Pre-submission of request via email is required. See memo https://bit.ly/3mYqTqf. Emails received beyond 4:00PM will be dated the next working day.
